Virginia Beach Office
I had an abscessed tooth. Got a quick appointment and after a week of antibiotics, had the tooth removed. Entire staff was courteous and professional. The dentist did good job of keeping me from suffering.
Always friendly and professional. Very prompt and great at informing you of any issues bill wise. Love this office and their people, my kids love them too.
I give it a 5 out of 5 stars.
I totally trust the staff and Dr. Kent to make me feel as comfortable as possible when having dental work. I feel like I'm finally going to have a smile to be proud of one day soon!
Dr. Dean Kent has so far showed me that he is concerned about doing a great job with me as a new patient. He has explained his procedures very thoroughly and answered all of my questions so that I understand what he is going to do and why he is doing it. He has made me feel very comfortable and reassured that he is competent and well informed. Also, his staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is the office and with the dental techs is outstanding. You can tell that everyone likes working with each other.

Norfolk Offices
After several sessions and a couple of very trying procedures, Dr. Matthew Kent is the ONLY dentist I ever want to see. Caring, compassionate and top notch attention is what I got, from the entire staff. At 56 years old and having spent thousands and thousands in dental care, Dr. Kent is the best dentist I have ever had. As long as he is practicing and will see me, my search for a great dentist is over!
I loved my visits to the office. The dentist and staff were very friendly and showed genuine care. I am referring friend and family to you.
